OUR FOUNDERS
Drew Neupert
Born in a small agricultural community in Wisconsin, Drew’s passion was always for mechanics. At 6, he discovered snowmobiles and moved to Minnesota in 1994 to be closer to snowmobiling opportunities. In 1995, he founded PSI of Minnesota, a high-performance snowmobile company, and began building poultry sprayers with Brent. Between 2001 and 2015, Drew focused on snowmobiles, but later returned to sprayers, co-founding Northland Boom & Custom Spray in 2015. In 2020, Drew helped repurpose poultry sprayers into MistMAXX 360 for disinfecting.

Brent Rehm
Raised on a poultry farm in Wisconsin, Brent started working at age six. He moved to Minnesota in 1990 to run a successful pullet program, where he developed his first spray vaccine system. After the 2015 Avian Influenza outbreak, he worked with state and federal agencies to help control the virus. Today, Brent divides his time between Northland Boom, poultry consulting, and MistMAXX 360, focusing on COVID-19 eradication.
